My name is Sarah and I'm the director of operations at Sales Rep.
I wanted to record a video to introduce sales rep to you and just make sure that we're all on the same page.
All right, so here's a little bit about sales work.
Um, we help businesses harness the power of AI and instant messaging to streamline, scale, and enhance sales processes.
Uh, Sales work is an AI powered sales app for estate agents, and we automate lead management using WhatsApp, and it also integrates seamlessly with a variety of different softwares.
We have two products.
One is called Sales or negotiator, and the other one is called Sales or core.
Sales negotiator is quite simple, and what it does in a nutshell is it syncs your WhatsApp messages into re it.
Uh, we are going to need a little bit of help from your side to set this up, but basically the help um consists of installing WhatsApp business on your phone and connecting it to a DDI that we have set up for you, uh, just to make sure that we have those, um.
Business and private conversations separate.
Syncing messages into re it is going to be an automatic process and it should be making your life easier, uh, as we're going to be identifying and matching contacts instantly.
And syncing messages into the relevant cards.
Um, what it also does, it it makes team collaboration easy.
It also, um, ensures compliance with the GDPR and basically just improves productivity and efficiency.
It's a great product, it's very easy to use and it takes less than 15 minutes to set up, if even that.
All right, so let's now talk about sales or core.
Sales or core is our AI based tool.
Um, for your team, we have developed Grace, uh, your AI persona.
So what Grace does is, um, she's an AI assistant that is at work 24/7, and she's going to be immediately responding to any inquiries that come in from the portals, such as Rightmove on the market Zoopla, and she's going to try to qualify these leads for you.
Uh, we are doing this so your team can focus on the important stuff that brings in money and actual sales.
So how this is going to work is, um, instead of receiving an email from the portals, we are going to start receiving those or Graces, and she's going to start processing those leads.
So the first thing she does is she introduces herself, so your, sorry, your applicant immediately receives contact from your um company.
And then she tries to qualify them.
Um, she does this by asking a series of questions using WhatsApp.
If they don't use WhatsApp, we're going to try them via SMS and all of this basically happens instantly.
So as soon as the lead comes in, Grace uh introduces herself and um starts the qualification.
Grace does this 24/7.
She works over the weekends, over the holidays, Christmas period, New Year's, you name it.
Um, once Grace finishes the conversation with an applicant, we are going to be sending that applicant into Lead Pro and also sending you an email.
So the email is going to look like this.
What this means is that instead of receiving an email from the portal, you're going to start receiving emails from us that um have a little bit more information in here.
So, as you can see here in the headline, it says um what type of an inquiry it is, uh, the basic contact information, so the first and last name, and the status or the outcome.
We have 3 sales or outcomes, one is qualified by AI, which means that Rosie has finished the entire conversation with this contact, and they're fully qualified.
We have unresponsive, which means that they have not responded to Rosy, um, using any channel.
And we also have responsive unqualified, which means that they have dropped off at some point, um, in the conversation.
For all, excuse me, for all of these contacts, you're going to um receive their contact details, um, the message and the AI summary.
So the AI summary is where you get more information about these leads.
So it's going to tell you about their occupancy, pets, current living situation, credit history, um, if they have any requirements, and so on.
All of this information is also going to land into Lead Pro, so, um, I have pushed a test lead in here.
All right.
So you can see that the lettings applicant, um, the address didn't pass through because I was not using real data when I pushed this test, but it will be pushing through, um, for all of your applicants.
Here you have the basic information, and then at the bottom, you also have the um qualification questionnaire.
Yeah.
This is good because when you come in on Monday, you know exactly who to contact regarding what, and you have all of the relevant information.
All right, so what does this mean for you? Um, it means that you're going to stop receiving emails from Rightmove on the market in SA.
Instead, you're going to start receiving emails from Grace to the relevant branch, as well as um applicants directly into Lead Pro with more information.
Grace is available 24/7 to handle inquiries, even during holidays and weekends.
She is um going to automatically triage these applicants for you, saving your team hours of administrative work.
She's going to be communicating through WhatsApp, which has a much higher engagement rate compared to email or SMS and then you also have a direct integration with LeadPro, so all of these details are at your fingertips.
